No to Violence is Australia’s largest peak body for organisations that work with men that use violence providing training, sector development and advocacy across the sector that works with men who use violence. We also operate the Men’s Referral Service, providing a counselling service and referral pathways directly to men who use violence.

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to manage a team of Men’s Family Violence Counsellors (MFVC). The Men’s Referral Service (MRS) Team Leader will be ensuring the MRS counselling and referral services (comprising on-line and telephone counselling services) are delivering quality, professional counselling services which comply with NTV’s clinical governance policies and procedures and contractual obligations.
The MRS Team Leader is responsible for ensuring that all work is rostered appropriately, working in close consultation with the Direct Services Manager
