We are currently seeking dedicated Lifestyle Support Workers, to actively support the individual needs of customers by providing high quality, responsive and flexible support.

The role

The role of Lifestyle Support Workers is to support people by promoting their skills and abilities, provide assistance with activities of daily living, facilitate community inclusion and implement and monitor their support plan.

The right person for the role will have:

• Qualification in Disability, Aged Care, Individual Support or similar
• Experience working with people with disability and/or older people, and managing special behaviour needs
• Experience with hoisting
• Driver's license and car, and willingness to travel within the community
• Current First Aid, CPR and Manual Handling certificates
• Current Blue Card, Yellow Card Exemption and police check
