The focus of the HR Operations teams is to provide high level support, expert timely advice and information, coaching, policies and procedures, business processes, continuous improvement strategies and HR technology systems to enable efficient, effective management and growth of the business, ensure financially sustainability, a safe place to work, an agile and flexible workforce, and technologically enabled.
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support our NSW One Door Operations portfolio. Based in Parramatta, the HR Business partner will provide customised support services across areas including; Employment Relations & Industrial Relations practices, coaching and management approaches, continuous improvement strategies in relation to legislative requirements, interpretation of policies and procedures, advice, workforce capability, conflict resolution and change management solutions.
