We are looking for a female support worker to join our team and assist a family of 4 teenaged children on the spectrum. Our community members (clients) are a 14-year-old female, 18-year-old female and 17-year-old twin boys.
We are looking for someone to work weekday morning and afternoon shifts.
The morning shift is 7am-9am Monday to Friday. The morning shift tasks involve getting the teenagers ready for their day including personal care, domestic duties, prepare school bags and includes one school drop off and one bus stop drop off.
The afternoon shift is 2:30pm-6:30pm Monday to Friday. The afternoon shift tasks involve a school pick up, bus stop pick up, assisting with homework, sports and assistance with other activities as required.
Mamre is one of Brisbane's longest-running disability support providers. As a not-for-profit, we work to give back to our community and empower the individuals we support with the skills and resources to live the life they choose.
We have 5 regular 3 -hour morning shift available on Mondays - Fridays 7am-9am. We also have 5 regular 4 hour afternoon shifts available, Mondays – Fridays 2:30pm – 6:30pm. Availability to cover shifts when needed, including on weekends, is highly desirable.

Additional shifts may also be on offer with other Mamre community members.
Some of the above licenses and certificates can be obtained in the onboarding process.
