Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) is an international, independent, medical humanitarian organisation that delivers emergency aid to people affected by armed conflict, epidemics, healthcare exclusion and natural disasters. MSF provides assistance to populations in distress irrespective of race, religion, creed or political convictions.
At MSF Australia we are expanding our Supporter Relations department to include an Outbound Donor Support team to inspire an increase in donor engagement and encourage overall growth of fundraising revenue.
MSF Australia is expanding their Supporter Relations team to include an Outbound Donor Support team to be accountable for contacting existing donors to validate or re-activate their pledge details and completing critical administrative tasks to foster ongoing donor engagement.
Collectively the Outbound Donor Support team will ensure that our valued donors receive the best possible care and service. Accountabilities will include outbound calls to validate, re-engage and reactivate donations; respond to queries or requests raised by donors; administration; input into project work and ongoing continuous improvement initiatives.
