The role

As part of the Program Design and Delivery team you will play a key role in the planning and delivery of LV leadership programs and experiences. You will help to,

Ensure seamless, innovative and inspiring experiences for participants across LV's unique leadership programs;

• Work collaboratively with the LV Program Managers and wider Program Delivery team to deliver on program delivery plans, working on residential retreats and creative events;
• Support the recruitment for the 2021 Williamson Community Leadership Program;
• Maintain complete and up to date program and participant data on LV platforms and systems, providing regular analysis and reporting;
• Contribute to ongoing process improvement to increase efficiency and effectiveness;
• This is currently a 3 day per week three month contract role.

• Super organised, able to assist with multiple projects/events/timelines with poise and grace,

• Attention to detail,
• Experience in presenting information/data simply and effectively,
• Customer centric mindset,
• High level of computer literacy, and experience with digital platforms
  • Experience using Calendly, Project Management software, Online Learning Systems and Customer Relationship Management platforms preferred.
