One of our amazing team members will be going on parental leave shortly so we're on the look-out for a Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist to join us until March 2025.
In this role, you'll have a critical part within our People Team and will support us in revolutionising learning at Launch. You'll be reporting to the Learning & Development Manager, and will be responsible for the design, development, delivery, implementation, and evaluation of high-quality and innovative capability building initiatives and activities that support our people to flourish and perform at their best.
You'll provide specialist advice to staff and leaders in relation to individual and team learning and development needs and will be instrumental in building and maintaining effective courseware design and development processes to ensure excellence within current systems, policies and procedures.
