The position of Concierge and Administration Worker (Casual) will primarily be responsible for the smooth operation of the Front of House area and undertaking a range of administrative tasks and other activities as directed by the Management team.
The Concierge and Administration Worker will work varying shifts over a 24/7 roster covering permanent staff leave, unplanned illness and public holidays. There is no set work schedule for these roles.
The Concierge and Administration Worker (Casual) will work collaboratively with other Concierge and Administration workers, Case Managers and tenancy management teams to ensure the ongoing well-being of 65 formerly homeless residents and 66 low income residents and act as agents on behalf of the landlord after business hours and on weekends.For further information on the role please refer to the position description.
