• Salary - $40 - $45 an hour plus penalty rates, dependent on qualifications/experience

We are looking for Team Leader to manage our SIL/STA/MTA/Respite Accommodation located in Melton.

We are looking for an individual who strives to make a difference within the disability industry, is compassionate, understanding, fun-loving and creative. You also should be able to see the person, not the disability in our clients.

This role would suit someone who has the tenacity and confidence in working with people has strong communication and administrative skills and an understanding of NDIS.

You will be supporting your team who care for clients with complex support needs including mental health, and at times behaviours of concern. Assisting the team to provide our clients with opportunities to reach their individual goals through meaningful activities in their home and in the community.

Duties are dictated by our client's needs, some of which include:

• Administrative Tasks
• Rostering
• Communicating with Stakeholders, Family, Clients and Medical Professionals
• An understanding of OHS and workplace inclusivity.
• Attendance in Care Team Meetings

Successful applicants will require:

• COVID19 Vaccination Certificate
• Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
• Current Australian National Police Check
• Working with Children Check - Employee
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Completion NDIS Worker Orientation Modules
• Australian or Valid Working Rights Visa (Preferred)

This position requires a Certificate III/IV in either Disability, Community Services or Mental Health.
