Kids Under Cover is seeking an experienced Partnerships & Major Gifts Manager to secure high-value, sustainable income and build strategic relationships that drive long-term impact.
In this newly created role, you’ll lead the development and growth of major donor and corporate partnerships, positioning Kids Under Cover as a leader in prevention and early intervention. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to connect shared values with meaningful investment, amplify youth voices, and support innovative solutions that break the cycle of youth homelessness.
Kids Under Cover prevents and ends youth homelessness by providing young people with the space and support they need to thrive. We seek to intervene early to alleviate pressures that lead to homelessness or out-of-home care placements, with a particular focus on enabling equal and equitable housing access for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and other at risk young people.
