The IPC Health, Western Health and Royal Children’s Hospital (RCH) partnership will deliver the Infant, Child and Family Health and Wellbeing Hub services as an embedded part of a community based Brimbank and Melton health and wellbeing system. As the Project Manager Infant, Child and Family Hub, you will deliver a locally codesigned model of care for evidence-based, inclusive, early help through a program of locally responsive interventions and deep universal service partnerships. The depth of our collective engagement with Brimbank and Melton families and the strength of our commitment and capability will underpin codesign of a model of care and its tailoring, as appropriate, for vulnerable groups and families with specific needs.
This opportunity is 1.0FTE Full-Time Fixed Term (Funding based activity - Project) for 9 months offering $138,600 TRP comprising $120,000 gross + super + salary packaging benefit (Pro Rata Part Time).
