We are seeking enthusiastic, compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses with experience working in a General Practice to join our busy team within our general practices currently providing medical services to the community in the Brimbank and Wyndham local government areas. You will be able to concentrate on delivering quality, coordinated care for patients with complex and chronic disease. You will need to be able to conduct Health Assessments and Chronic Disease Care Plans as well as be proficient in wound care, immunisations (child and adult) and venepuncture. Experience in using Medical Director and Best Practice software is a must.
We have casual opportunities at both our Wyndham Vale and Deer Park Clinic. Our clinics open across Monday to Saturday with some evening hours. Flexibility to work across these hours are desirable.
Our clinics provide integrated services to patients complimented by General Practitioners in addition to on site allied health, counselling, well-being, health promotion, child and family, aged and disability and public dental services.
This position will be classified under the Nurses and Midwives (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2016-2020.
You will have demonstrated experience in providing strong support and possess proven ability to work in a changing environment and enjoy initiating process improvements. You will have a strong sense of customer service, problem solving and relationship management skills which enable you to make a positive contribution to the clinic team.
