You will lead the Business and Performance Information team in the measurement, analysis and reporting of performance relating to activity, outputs and outcomes at IPC Health.
The Business Intelligence Data Systems and Performance Manager plays a pivotal role in providing technical leadership in the design and ongoing development of the performance reporting system comprising organisation wide business activity and performance reporting, dashboards and routine and ad hoc data analytics.
This position is classified at Grade 6 under the Managers with a generous salary range between $120K-$130K (experience dependent) under the Health and Allied Services, Managers and Administrative Officers (Victorian Stand-Alone Community Health Services (Multi Employer) Enterprise Agreement 2022-2026.
You are an accomplished, customer-service focused people leader with demonstrated experience in understanding the needs of stakeholders, managing stakeholder relationships and delivering outputs that meet stakeholders expectations.
Relevant tertiary qualifications in business analytics or your significant expertise in the development, building, querying and maintaining of reports and databases using statistical software packages will be key in helping IPC Health to realise its full potential, ultimately leading to improved community outcomes.
