Join our dynamic community healthcare organisation and become a pivotal member of our engaged workforce. We are offering an exciting opportunity for Peer Support Workers to join our team, in providing one-on-one and group support young people and their families.
Your responsibilities will include working within the team to be the first point of contact for young people and families wanting to access headspace Hawthorn/Malvern. The role is critical in establishing trust, ensuring safety and guiding young people into appropriate services.
