Gidget Foundation Australia (GFA) is a not-for-profit organisation that supports the emotional wellbeing of expectant and new parents to ensure those in need receive timely, appropriate, and specialist care.
A unique opportunity exists for an experienced graphic designer to join our growing, highly collaborative team.
The role is responsible for assisting in the execution of design projects in collaboration with senior designer and internal stakeholders. You will create and craft engaging visual solutions across print, digital, and social media channels. And you will provide high quality design across multi-projects whilst working within brand strategy and guidelines.
The team is looking for someone with solid integrated design experience, able to work across multiple touchpoints, with the ability to produce high quality design from concept through to production. You will know print, screen and digital best practices and have a high level of skill in Adobe Creative Suite. An understanding of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects and digital design applications would be advantageous. You have excellent communication and client liaison skills and can review briefs, evaluate content needs. Will be able to work independently and remotely but in a communicative and collaborative manner.
This position will be Part time 24hrs per week (3-4 days over 4 days) working remotely with occasional flexibility.
This role will initially be contracted for a one-year period, with the option to extend as required and feasible.
