As our Service Manager, Accommodation Services, you will assist and support with people with a disability, through providing assisted living on a permanent basis. You will oversee the operation of their home and ensure staffing arrangements are in place. You will manage the finances for the home as well as its Participants and liaise with external stakeholders such as families and our Day Services program.

What do you need?

Your understanding of the disability, community or non-profit sectors will prove instrumental in this role; you'll need that knowledge to drive change and take advantage of opportunities to improve. In the same vein, you'll also need to be able to support your team in client-related matters, ensuring your support workers are enhancing and developing existing skills.
