Endeavour Foundation is a fast growing for-purpose national organisation with over 5,000 staff plus volunteers, providing support and services to people with a disability in over 300 locations nationally.

We are seeking an exceptional Digital Advisor with proven expertise in front end development, whilst having experience in Google Adwords and Analytics, and a strong understanding of various social media platforms. Our role will develop / coordinate digital marketing campaigns and projects including functional development, SEO, PPC, eDMs, analytics and reporting for Endeavour Foundation.

About the role

This opportunity includes the following responsibilities;

• Reporting to the Digital Specialist, the Digital Advisor will provide front-end development support to the various marketing teams/members in digital marketing strategy execution
• Assist in the updating of website(s) as required and provide support to other team members with the use of the website CMS, digital applications (e.g Youtube, Facebook etc) and programs
• Manage and coordinate assigned front-end development projects, tasks and initiatives as required
• Identify and support opportunities to leverage digital marketing across brands and business units
• Foster good internal stake-holder relationship and external partner relationships
• Conduct SEO/Keyword research and make recommendations and assist with the analysis of campaigns providing insights and improvements
• Develop and coordinate eDM campaigns and assist in the development of eDMS, uploading to the eDM platform, scheduling sends and reporting results.

About you

Importantly, your capability will reflect;

• Two or more years front end development experience
• Degree in IT or Web Development
• A high level of understanding of Bootstrap, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, Angular.js
• Experience in analysing and optimising website UI and UX and AB testing
• A good understanding of Google Adwords and Analytics with progression to certification
• A good understanding of the various social media platforms and their reporting
• A good understanding of website CMS platforms (Sitecore being a preference)
• Knowledge of eDM platforms and email marketing processes
• Project management experience
• Proven experience in Project Management and the ability to prioritise workloads and multi-task to ensure work commitments are fulfilled in a timely manner.
