Mental Health Association of Central Australia (MHACA) is a specialist psychosocial recovery and mental health promotion organisation with a strong presence and reputation in the community. Due to continued growth, MHACA has a fantastic opportunity for a full-time NDIS Transition Support Officer on a 6-month contract in Alice Springs, NT.
Reporting to the NDIS Transition Support Team Leader, you will be responsible for supporting and assisting participants to test their eligibility for the NDIS. You will be in charge of supporting eligible participants in accessing their required documentation, helping them fill out paperwork, taking them to their appointments and assisting them to get the necessary documentation submitted to the NDIA.
