We have several hundred school customers in eight countries and are part of the consortia to roll out a new education management system to all 900 state schools in South Australia.

Job Description

You will work closely with the Success Team to ensure we deliver a coordinated, high-quality engagement with our schools.

As a Software Trainer/Customer Success Agent, you will help design, plan, and deliver high-quality customer training. You will update existing resources, augment current EdSmart Academy courses, host webinars and perform onsite training at schools.

You will collaborate with schools to deploy and implement EdSmart to ensure their success with the EdSmart platform.

You will be an experience-maker for our customers – passionate about teaching them how to solve a new problem or solve an old problem differently.

You must have strong verbal and written communication skills and a background in teaching people of all skill levels.

Role

  • Work directly with our schools to train them in using the EdSmart software
  • Identify customer needs and tailor your training delivery to achieve their goals
  • Collaborate with other members of the Customer Success Team to develop targeted training plans and material for corporate clients
  • Create & maintain learning material for EdSmart Academy, our self-paced customer education portal
  • Write/update training materials, Knowledge Base articles, and monthly blogs for new or updated product features as the product evolves
  • Set expectations, plan and deliver the rollout of EdSmart to schools
  • Documentation of customer interactions in EdSmart’s Customer Success platform.
  • Conduct periodic Customer Health Checks

  • You thrive in a team environment and possess a commitment to building unique solutions for schools

Desirable

  • Previous experience as a system and/or a software trainer
  • Background in education and K-12 schools
  • Experience in Atlassian training and support software
  • Multimedia skills
  • Happy to travel interstate
