THE OPPORTUNITY

The Direct Marketing Officer is responsible for coordinating the community fundraising program and manage projects to acquire and retain single gift and regular giving donors - including the appeals cycle to assist the Fundraising Unit with data and CRM support.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Acquire and retain donors using multi-channel data-driven direct marketing activities – especially via mail, telephone and digital
  • Plan and deliver warm appeals on time and within budget
  • Coordinate delivery of community fundraising events
  • Develop and implement marketing plans for community fundraising events
  • Extract data from the CRM and work with data analysts to produce mail and telemarketing files and produce reports

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Proven experience coordinating direct marketing campaigns and fundraising events
  • Knowledge and experience of Not-for-profit and charity environment, in particular in the health sector

REMUNERATION & BENEFITS
