Reporting to the Branch Manager, Castle's Employment Case Officers provide direct support services to people living with disability (at Castle we refer to our customers as participants) to improve their work readiness. This may include working alongside the participant to:
This is a Full-Time position primarily based at our Maitland and Cessnock offices. Some flexibility may be required at times working across locations and hours in order to support participants.
For over 30 years, Castle has helped people with disabilities, mental health conditions, chronic illnesses and injuries find work, connection with their community and live meaningful lives in the Newcastle, Hunter, and Central Coast regions. Castle’s group of highly passionate people, provide support to people to empower and facilitate them to achieve social and economic participation through capacity building, social connection, training, education and employment in collaboration with community referral partners.
