What does the role involve?

Working within the Content Marketing team, this role will contribute significantly to the production of high quality content which inspires and demonstrates the impact of our programs globally. Key responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

  • Contributing to and executing the content strategy
  • Creating high-quality content for a wide range of digital platforms.
  • Developing engaging content that inspires Caritas Australia’s supporters and the general public, across email, website and digital advertising.
  • Video development including preparation, filming and editing.
  • Collaborating across Caritas Australia to source and define content.

This role will be based in our Mascot office and will work a hybrid model, including two days in the office per week.

Who are we looking for?

For this role, we are seeking a creative and curious individual, with a mix of the following qualifications, skills and experience:

  • A degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Advertising or similar field.
  • Previous experience in content development and copywriting across different platforms that has enhanced fundraising income or raised brand awareness.
  • Demonstrated experience in filming and editing video content using a DSLR camera and video editing tools, ideally Adobe suite.
  • Ability to build strong and collaborative relationships across a range of different teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and prioritise your workload.
