Working closely with Brainwave's Services Manager and the Westmead and Randwick children's hospitals, this new 0.4FTE role is responsible for coordinating in NSW in-hospital support (registration, Bear Essentials Packs, emergency accommodation, meal vouchers, ward volunteers, First 100 Day Guide), in-home support and community events (family days, Christmas party, volunteers, Mums groups), as well as maintaining records in Salesforce and Volaby and compliance with policies and procedures.
