About the role:

The Office Administrator is the first point of interaction with our membership and community and provides a warm and friendly welcome. You will report to the Marketing and Development Manager and support the small management team while ensuring the efficient operation of the Centre.

You will be able to follow instructions, work independently and be highly tech savvy. As Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing quality administration and reception services through a wide range of duties, including but not limited to:

  • Ensuring smooth running of the office and daily operations
  • Ordering office supplies, banking, and reception duties
  • Assisting with coordination of events at the Centre
  • Supporting membership groups in matters relating to the operation of their activities
  • Publication compilation
  • Filing documents
  • Uploading content to Website

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • A proficiency in Microsoft Office, open to learning new technology
  • Outstanding written, communication and organisational skills
  • Exceptional teamwork and commitment to a respectful and inclusive work culture
