We’re looking for a professional Administration and Communications Coordinator  with relevant experience who wants to join our team on a 8 Month Full time basis, with the option to extend aligned with program funding, at 38 hours per week or 40 hours per week with monthly RDO based in Fitzroy.

THE ROLE

This role supports, collaborates, and implements activities across Saver Plus National Office (SPNO) functions which includes; Marketing, Quality, Training, Data/Reporting and Matching. Under the direction of the National Manager, the position provides professional and efficient administrative support for; participant matching, marketing and communications activities, and activities that aid program quality and staff training and development.

Salary will be in the range of $73,264.65 - $78,559.97 pro rata per annum, based on skills and experience plus superannuation.

The program was developed by Brotherhood of St Laurence and ANZ in 2003 and is delivered by community agencies. Over 55,000 people have joined Saver Plus, helping them save a combined $27 million, and ANZ have provided $23 million in matched savings. The program is funded by ANZ and the Australian Government Department of Social Services.

  • Ability to resolve problems and make decisions as appropriate to the level of the position.
  • Well developed interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to liaise across all levels and with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Well developed time management skills, including an ability to prioritise and work under pressure to meet time lines.
  • Well developed word processing skills and high level proficiency in Microsoft programs
