About the role

We are an innovative, family oriented, experienced organisation looking to welcome an experienced, strategy driven, enthusiastic, and empathetic Program Manager.

This role provides the successful applicant the opportunity to develop our CRCS families service offerings and program marketing. This work includes a range of approaches and will be trauma-informed, attachment-focused, and strength-based.

The incumbent is expected to maintain current relationships with key stakeholders, whilst also building on and establishing new connections, working proactively with other professional and agencies to enhance participant outcomes, and actively network to ensure collaborative practice across the region.

We seek a value-driven and strategically focused individual who holds string business acumen, with a view to establishing fee-for service programs as well as funded programs to support families.

The role will also be responsible for the implementation of strategic directions, networking, service delivery and quality standards, managing budgets as well as planning for and implementing growth opportunities for programs.

Essential Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualification in human services (or other related) discipline. These qualifications -such as Psychology/Counselling-may require registration with professional governing bodies.
  • Demonstrated commitment to continual learning and professional development.
