You will work as part of a national team, delivering social support services such as across Australia designed to reach isolated people to maintain social connectedness and independence.
You will coordinate, supervise, train and support a large volunteer workforce and utilise online systems to allocate, roster and assign roles to volunteers.
You will collaborate with other internal teams to recruit volunteers, intake new clients, improve systems and processes, and ensure programs are informed by consumer choice, provide dignity and respect, and are responsive to identity, culture and diversity.
