About the role:

Supported by the Store Manager, this position is responsible for driving sales, donations and volunteer recruitment by providing exceptional customer service and advice, while achieving financial and non-financial targets.

You will maintain visual merchandising and housekeeping standard guidelines. The position will be responsible for processing all sales through the POS/cash register/eftpos accurately in line with retail policy and procedures.

Additionally, you will manage and lead store volunteers in the absence of the Store Manager.

 What you will bring:

• Previous experience in a customer service and/or sales position with exceptional customer engagement skills
• Previous cash handling skills and stock rotation experience
• Demonstrated ability to maintain an awareness of current fashion trends and brands
• Proven reliability and punctuality with a positive can-do attitude
