Every purchase at our shops supports Australian Red Cross teams helping people as they overcome hardship, crisis and disaster here at home and across the Asia Pacific. Right now, we are seeking a motivated and experienced retail manager to lead our Cronulla Store.    

About the role

The Store Manager is primarily responsible for driving engagement and sales in the store. Supported by the area manager, you will develop initiatives to increase sales and donations. It might be a VIP event, a connection with local influencers or a community driven campaign, we are always excited by and supportive of new initiatives. On a day to day basis, you will coach and support a team of staff and volunteers to help achieve targets and shared goals.

What you will bring

  • Retail management experience – ideally within fashion
  • The proven ability to successfully lead teams of paid and staff and (ideally) volunteers
  • Well developed presentation and visual merchandising skills with a strong eye for detail and trends
  • Ability to work towards and achieve sales and customer service targets
