Supported by the Shop Manager, this role is responsible for driving sales, donations and volunteer applications by providing exceptional customer service and advice, in order to achieve financial and non-financial targets.
You will be responsible for processing all sales through POS/cash register/eftpos accurately and in line with retail policy and procedures whilst maintaining visual merchandising and housekeeping standard guidelines.

The Retail team continually develop exciting new retail strategies to generate revenue, which assist Red Cross to undertake its valuable humanitarian work.
