About the role

Aged Care Services program is delivered by Red Cross volunteers to provide a range of support to older people.

In this role you will recruit, select, train, match and develop volunteers to provide a a variety of support options to the eligible target group  to promote independence, wellbeing and social connection.

What you will bring

• Demonstrated experience in Client management and stakeholder engagement, including the development of stakeholder relationships.
• Experience in the implementation and coordination of volunteer led community programs
• Strong affinity and experience with the target group of frail older persons
• Good records management and office administration skills including proficiency in the use of MS Office
• Current driver licence
• A Working with Vulnerable People check
