About the role 

Responsible for all aspects of stock and equipment management including liaising with suppliers, the Service Officer works with staff and volunteers to ensure all meals are provided and delivered in compliance with relevant standards.

What you will bring:

  • Understanding of relevant Food Safety regulations and requirements.
  • Experience and/or ability to follow and implement organisational policies and contractual requirements relevant to the community services sector.
  • Excellent records management and general office administration, including basic proficiency in MS packages and experience using databases
  • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills including with people from a wide range of backgrounds

A Working with Vulnerable People check and a current unrestricted Drivers Licence are mandatory requirements for this role

This role is covered by the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Award - Level 3. Salary from $67263.04 FTE + superannuation + salary packaging.
