About the role

As the Digital Optimisation Lead, you will drive revenue growth through the development and execution of a Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) strategy and use of digital analytics and experimentation to improve digital performance.

You will manage a backlog of experiments that support the data-led development of website features, forms, and digital campaign landing experiences.

You will also be key to implementation of new website personalisation as part of our digital transformation.

What you will bring

  • Substantial CRO experience – performing website experimentation, experience implementing website personalisation as well as using digital analytics to inform a CRO program
  • Experience in the ideation, development, set up and running of digital experiments
  • Demonstrated success in translating data into actionable insights to drive significant revenue growth
  • Hands on experience with one or more testing platforms (Adobe Target, Optimize, Optimizely, Oracle, VWO, etc)
  • Data-driven background, with an understanding of web analytic tools to analyse the customer journey and identify opportunities for improvement (Google Analytics, SiteImprove, FullStory, Heap, Hotjar, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints. Understanding of SEO principles and best practices as well as CMS and website management platforms
  • Proven track record of delivering and exceeding business KPIs to increase sales through digital channels.
  • A growth mindset with a focus on metrics and rapid prototyping methodologies as well as a knowledge of UI design and UX and experience working within an Agile environment and methodologies.
