About the role

You will provide support for improved data reporting for the Victorian Emergency Services team, focusing on data collection, analysis and reporting for Covid-19 Community Programs.

ARC’s Covid-19 Community Programmes including food delivery and psychological first aid, have been ongoing for approximately two years to date, and the data sets, reports and processes now need revision to ensure that ARC is efficiently collecting data, using the most appropriate tools internally and externally to influence appropriate allocation of financial, human and aid resources to meet food and psychological first aid needs of the most vulnerable Victorians during the ongoing pandemic and through to the recovery phase.

What you will bring

• Strong attention to detail, problem solving attitude and flexibility to work on a range of tasks
• Experience in not for profit and community based data analysis and external communications, (including excel, Power-BI and other data analysis software relating to call centre and food distribution programs)
• High level of communication skills including the ability to build effective relationships quickly
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with appropriate discretion
• Formal qualifications in data analytics and/or equivalent experience will be highly regarded
