About the role

There are so many impactful stories to share with Red Cross supporters!

You will lead the development of our Annual Report, generate content for our ESG and First Nations activities as well as taking the lead on Corporate Communication activities and support the delivery of our change programs.

Reporting to the Head of Corporate & Internal Communications, you will have stakeholder management experience ideally within a large complex organisation, be a passionate storyteller about the impact of our work.

What you will bring

  • Substantial experience in internal or external communication roles in large scale complex organisations Energy, drive and experience in internal & external communications
  • A record of providing strategic communications advice and developing, measuring and delivering communications plans
  • Superior communication, copywriting, interpersonal and networking skills with an ability to deliver creative and effective strategic communications
  • Extensive skills in delivering results while working with cross-functional teams as well as senior leadership and Boards
