The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for driving sales to achieve targets through clear direction and an engaged workforce. Working in conjunction with the Store Manager, you will assist and provide support to pro-actively develop and drive local and national marketing campaigns and promotional activity within the store e.g. VIP events to drive both sales and donation activity. On a day to day basis, you will help lead a team of staff and volunteers through ongoing coaching and support.
This role is covered by the General retail Industry Award - Level 4.
