In this full time, permanent role based in Shepparton, you'll lead teams that deliver our community based early childhood and youth justice programs in the region. Reporting to the Director of VIC, SA, TAS and NSW, you'll be a key member of our leadership team in Victoria to help us create lasting change for children everywhere. You will make a difference by:
Your deep expertise in working with community services or early childhood will be invaluable. You're proactive, creative and flexible in your approach to supporting teams and understand the importance of working with families and children driven by a trauma-informed, strengths-based and culturally sensitive approach. Your knowledge of early childhood, youth and family support programming will allow you to make well informed decisions and lead with impact.
