An exciting opportunity has become available for the right candidate to join 54 Reasons within our Secondary Family Support Program. The Family Support Specialist role works with families with children 0-18 years, providing Case Management services with the aim of achieving positive and sustainable long-term change for children and young people.

In this full-time maximum term (available until December 2027) position, you'll work as part of our Secondary Family Support team in North of Brisbane to help us create lasting change for children everywhere.
You will make a difference by:
Your deep expertise and thorough understanding of child rights, child protection and child safeguarding practices will be invaluable. You're passionate about the early interventions space and have a child focused practice. You're also relationship focused, able to build rapport with families, children and young people that transcends cultural and linguistic difference.
