Your knowledge, expertise and experience across operations, leadership, culture and partnerships will contribute to a child rights-focussed approach to our service delivery, positioning 54 reasons as a practice leader in the sector to deliver real and measurable outcomes for the people we work with.

In this full-time, permanent role, you'll have a unique opportunity to lead and inspire our QLD team to achieve impact for children, families and communities. Ideally based in Brisbane (though we'll consider other locations), and as a member of our 54 reasons Senior Management Team, you'll determine direction and priorities of the organisation, reporting directly to the Executive Director.

You're a natural leader with a strong operational and practice background, and an understanding of child rights focused service delivery. You have a passion for creative and strategic thinking. Your empathy and highly developed interpersonal skills enable you to engage with stakeholders across diverse backgrounds and experiences, and you have experience working effectively alongside First Nations communities. A strong leadership approach that combines operational excellence with flexibility and resilience will see you and your team achieve success.
