Help make rights real for children in Australia! 54 reasons is looking for a creative and motivated Ux or human centred design specialist with experience working directly with children, young people and their carers to help shape our service offer and improve our client experience.

In this full-time six month contract role, you'll support us to embed user voice and experience into service design and scale our impact in areas where children's rights are not being met deeply or consistently. You'll do this by:
A key part of 54 reasons' strategy and partnerships team, you'll plan and work with state and territory based operational leaders, internal and external subject matter experts, service delivery partners, as well as our national Practice and Impact Measurement team.
You're a creative and skilled self-starter, experienced in human-centred design, service design, social innovation or a related field. Your background in the social services or education sector means that you know what it takes to shift theory into reality and centre the client experience. You're engaging and inclusive, bringing teams along with you and communicating in a clear and accessible way to diverse audiences through a range of verbal and visual storytelling tools.
