What You’ll Do

• Mentor participants to identify and achieve employment goals
• Build and maintain relationships with employers and stakeholders
• Source and broker job opportunities using the Customised Employment model
• Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
• Travel across the Geelong region to meet with participants and employers

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in stakeholder engagement and relationship building
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and in a team
• Certificate III or IV in Community Services or Disability Studies (preferred)
• Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDISWC) and Working with Children Check (WWC)
• Please note: Due to NDIS requirements, we cannot employ candidates without an NDISWC. We recommend starting the clearance process early, as it may take up to 4 weeks.
