24 Hour Priority Care Australia (24HPCA) are looking for an experienced, qualified, and professional full time Team Leader Youth & Disability Services to work with a small team of Area Managers to support clients, participants and staff across our Labour Hire, TCP, Residential & Disability Services as we work with vulnerable children, young people and adults across Northern, Western and Southeastern suburbs of Melbourne and regional Victoria.
This is an exciting new position to support the further expansion of 24HPCA Labour Hire and Disability Services (NDIS Provider) into a Community Services Organisation.
The Team Leader Youth & Disability Services will be an important member of our team delivering a range of services and programs provided by 24HPCA, ensuring we provide professional, trained and culturally informed Disability and Residential Support Workers to our Community Services Organisation clients and participants.
Your leadership will drive a culture of best practice, innovation and continuous improvement.

We offer staffing solutions for a range of Community Service Organisations and Disability Participants across Metropolitan and Regional Victoria.
Our ideal Team Leader Youth & Disability Services will showcase a solid track record of managing services with strong interpersonal skills. You will be able to quickly develop rapport with young people. You will be able to think on your feet and work autonomously as required. Remain calm and level-headed under pressure and have knowledge of how trauma, family violence, alcohol, and other drugs affect young people.
You will meet the following requirements:
Have completed Tertiary qualifications in Management, Business, Allied Health, Community Services or equivalent.
Have completed or willing to undertake the required following Industry Mandatory units:
