The Coffee Shop Key Leader creates the tone and personality of KereKere Green by taking initiative, delegating work and providing feedback to the team.
The Key Leader follows up on outstanding issues and is the go to person for staff they supervise. They are an advocate of training, customer service, product knowledge, education, safe work practices and a demonstrated commitment to the KereKere code of conduct.
The Key Leader works closely with the Shop Supervisor and Managing Director and assists with management duties that arise. They directly supervisor the KereKere Barista's / All Rounders and manage relationships with KereKere internal and external stakeholders.
KereKere Green is located in the Fitzroy Gardens Visitors Centre in East Melbourne and open 7 days a week.
