The Role

A Lead Organiser is an integral part in developing and implementing Organising strategies that build power and activism in the workplace. As a Lead Organiser you will need to be able to work with and develop multidisciplinary teams to get the best out of people and deliver results for our members.

It is a fast past role and will require someone who is able to manage competing demands, maintain a keen focus on outcomes and have excellent problem solving skills.
