Salvos Stores is currently seeking a number of experienced casual customer service representatives for our call centre located in Noble Park

Salvos Stores is the retail arm of The Salvation Army Australia and operates over 320 retail stores nationwide. Salvos Stores operates as a fully functioning retail business, recycling preloved goods and relying heavily on the generosity of the public.

Salvos Stores have a vacancy for a suitably qualified person for the position of Casual Donor Contact Representative located at the Salvos Stores Noble Park Call Centre, reporting directly to the Call Centre Team Leader.

The Role

Your role as Donor Contact Representative will include but not be limited to;

  • Respond to all customer enquiries in a timely, accountable and professional manner, and document and resolve or escalate the matter appropriately
  • Coordinate donor bookings, this includes but is not limited to arranging collection of donor goods and documenting payment records of monetary donations
  • Complete Call Centre office administration in a timely and accurate manner, this includes but is not limited to maintaining an orderly electronic and paper filing system for all documentation
  • Maintain confidentially of Donor information
  • Actively promote Salvos Stores donations services with a view to retaining donors and increasing donations
  • Complete other duties as requested by the Call Centre Manager
