Grow Well Live Well (GWLW) is a project involving a group of community organisations working together to improve how well children and young people grow up in Palmerston. We need you to work as a passionate and innovative team facilitating the success of community objectives. Utilising your strong administration and interpersonal skills, you will assist with the design, development and implementation of a community focused engagement strategy and plan. Save the Children is acting as a host employer, the GWLW Leadership Group provide strategic direction to the project that guide the actions of the Backbone Team.

In this part-time 3 year maximum-term position (30.4 hours per week, equivalent to 4 days), based in Palmerston, you will work with a small backbone team accelerating large scale social change, implementing community level action that achieve the strategic goals of the project. You will work to provide solid administration support to the team and facilitate key community relationships. You will be part of our GWLW Collective Impact Project team and report to the Executive Officer.
