About the position

The role assists the Area Manager and Assistant Area Manager with the supervision and administration of the NDIS service. It also supports the ongoing development of an effective, cohesive staff team whilst providing support for peoples’ self-managed recovery. A significant portion of the role involves use of RFQ’s client information management system to ensure service delivery accurately reflects our service agreements with NDIS participants’. This includes aiding the supervision the roster to ensure Award compliance and implementing group activities. You will also meet KPI’s for timely administration of NDIS billing and procedures.

The role is full time fixed term until 30 June 2019, with possibility of extension.

  • Degree in a human services or related field and demonstrated experience with people with a mental illness or Certificate IV/Diploma in Mental Health and significant demonstrated previous experience working with people with mental illness
  • A strong sense of professional boundaries and integrity
  • Current driver’s licence and access to a registered roadworthy vehicle
  • Positive Notice Card, or ability to acquire
