We are currently seeking applications for the part-time role (18 hours per week) of Supervision and Evaluation Officer located at our Support Services in Eight Mile Plains.
The purpose of this position is to provide support to RAQ’s Head of Practice specifically focused on supervision and evaluation duties. This includes conducting evaluations of client outcome and service effectiveness, effectively and sensitively co-ordinating and liaising with multiple internal staff and stakeholders around supervision allocations, and maintaining regular reporting of key supervision and practice outcomes.
The key responsibilities of this position include:
To be successful in this position, you will have an undergraduate qualification in behaviour science (or related field) or business, with evaluation and/or research project experience. You will have experience writing organisation reports, data entry, data management, and presentation of data. You will have theoretical knowledge of evaluation frameworks, with knowledge of research design and analysis highly desired. Use of statistical software is highly desired.
The salary being offered is circa $53,791 to $64,319 per annum pro rata, to be negotiated depending upon qualifications and experience, plus superannuation and generous salary packaging options where eligible which will significantly increase the value of take-home pay. Other attractive benefits are available including additional annual leave over the Christmas period, annual leave loading and study leave.
