About the role
In this position you will contribute to achieving organisational outcomes by telling our story and promoting key aspects of our various programs. You will develop and implement a communications strategy supported by effective content marketing initiatives designed to attract and retain funders, clients, referrers and staff.
Reporting to the Head of Business Development the main responsibilities will be:
Collaborating with Business Development team to deliver an effective content marketing strategy to grow our donor base ensuring ongoing funding sustainability;
Manage and execute the annual marketing communications plan with clearly defined activities and outcomes;
Plan, write, produce and share engaging content via various channels addressing various audiences;
Collaborate with the wider business to shape, create and package content for internal and external projects;
Manage social media assets (Hootsuite), website (Wordpress) and digital communications (Campaign Monitor);
Manage the art direction of our print and digital marketing collateral and stakeholder communications;
Contribute to the preparation of presentations and support the coordination of organisational events; and
Monitor, analyse and provide reports on content marketing activities and results.

an experienced, creative and dynamic Marketing & Communications professional to join our team. Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Communications or related fields and 5+ years’ experience in content marketing, creative writing and/or digital communications.
Ability to write, edit, evaluate and curate content to meet different stakeholder requirements.
Ability to guide the creation of complete content packages; photo selection, design collaboration, video scripting, etc.
Competent in digital and print graphic design (Indesign).
Comfortable working across the corporate and community sectors.
Part time arrangement will be considered for the right candidate.
