The Role

If you are seeking flexibility and meaning in your work, this role is for you. We are looking for current and approved Assessor's by the National Panel of Assessors to conduct the following:

  • Supported Wage Assessments
  • Ongoing Support Assessments

We have work available across various locations in Tasmania.

What is unique about you?

You are a high performer with a commitment to purpose. You possess courage to pursue your areas of passion and you understand the power of a story to change perspectives.

To be considered for the role, you:

  • Will have a minimum of two (2) years practical experience in disability employment services or have assessed people with disability in employment;
  • Hold a current driver's license;
  • Are a current approved Assessor on the National Panel of Assessors (NPA) OR Have a tertiary qualification in either of the following (essential):
    • Occupational Therapy
    • Psychology
    • Physiotherapy
    • Social work
    • Rehabilitation Counselling
    • Exercise Physiology
    • Vocational Training
    • Any other professional qualification relevant to providing assessment services
  • Hold or be able to obtain a current ABN or ACN.

VisAbility will nominate suitable applicants and provide training, coaching and on-going support for your professional development in undertaking this role.
